- USTA South Carolina is a state branch of the U.S. Tennis Association. We are one of 9 states in the USTA's Southern Section. We are a non-profit organization, run by a Board of Directors and various committees. Our mission is to promote and develop the growth of tennis in South Carolina. We measure our success not only by the number of USTA members that we serve in SC but also by the number of people who participate in tennis (whether casually or in organized programs, both public and private) each year.
